Garages - up to 10m clear span

Clear span rafters bolted at the ridge and eave with four 12mm galvanized bolts, giving generous loading capacity on each rafter. the unique column to rafter connection consists of extremely heavy duty plates welded to frame members with four large high tensile bolts per connection.

All columns and rafters are manufactured from world leading galvanized RHS which has undergone chemical and mechanical treatment for corrosion control. The product also has an in-line galvanized rust inhibiting zinc finish and a clean bright visual appearance. Standard 12.5degree roof pitchcan be varied up to 30 degree to suit your needs, at a slightly extra charge.

There are five superior footing connections, continuous columns cast directly in to the concrete footing, seperate stub columns to be cast in to footing, columns Dynabolted or Chemset in to concrete clab, bolt cages or fixing to pad footing.

Offering a variety of premium quality colour and zinc cladding and rainwater products including 20 stylish colours, long lasting anti corrosion coatings and a 20 year guarantee. There are numerous door options available, Sliding Doors, Roll-a-Doors and personal Access Doors.

Sheds from 8m span and 3.6m height to 10m span and 4.8m height are fabricated using 150 x 50 galvanized RHS

Standard roof pitch is 12.5 degree
Standard bay sizes - 3m/3.6m/4.0m
Optional extras include Roll-a-Doors, PA Doors, windows, lean-to's, partitions and beam overs [to remove columns]
